Principal Accountabilities :

- Develop a deep understanding of teacher and student in the context of affordable private schools to create a relevant and meaningful academic solution

- Bring global best practices in pedagogy and design to academic solution

- Building subject matter expertise and use it to create a academic solution

- Bring in innovation and strategic blueprint to the academic solution

- Lead a team of highly competent education professionals

- Projects and manage the creation of academic solution

- Collaborate with the technology team to create academic solutions that leverage technology in the classroom & at home.

Education/Training :

Essential :

- Relevant masters degree with subject matter expertise

- Education from a top Indian institute

Desirable :

- Relevant doctoral degree with subject matter expertise

- Research contributions to child learning pedagogy

Work Qualifications :

Essential :

- 8 to 10 years of work experience in child pedagogy and curriculum design.

- Proven working experience in child education development and innovation in for-profit / not-for-profit enterprises.

- Proven working experience in designing and creating learning solutions.

Desirable :

- Experience of working in a new age EdTech organization.

- Exposure to working with global best practices.
