Curriculum Head - Academic Product - EduTech

Are you a passionate educationist with strong expertise in digital content and product development in the K12 segment.

Want to lead a well-established edtech and lead content development for K12. A highly engaging leadership role which needs someone strong on academic development with a strong understanding of technology.

The role would include:

1. Provide thought leadership on academic content and product development

2. Coach and Lead a large team of curriculum and graphics team and ensure flawless, timely delivery

3. Ideate with tech team on new product development

4. Build systems and processes for product development and ensuring security of data and content

5. Developing a partner and freelance ecosystem for content development

6. Lead groundbreaking and innovative educational products

7. implement best practices for product and content development.

To fit the bill, you must have:

1. 10-15 years of experience in curriculum and academic product development

2. 5+ years of experience in leading large content teams

3. Must have strong edtech experience in digital content development in an edtech

4. Strong educational degree with MBA preferred

5. Strong project management, Delivery & budgeting skills

6. Strong vendor management & negotiation skills

7. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

8. Tech-savy: Exposure to best technology in the domain of content management

Please note this role needs someone with proven expertise of having led content and product development with a leading edtech. Also tech savvy is a MUST Have.
