Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Creator/Custodian of all learning material deployed. - Lead the content development team and ensure alignment of training content in line with training strategy/business objectives - To play the role of master trainer, develop coach and mentor entire delivery team comprising of Training Manager(s)/RTM/ZTM/ &amp; NTM(s) - Ensure a healthy mix of DIGICAL Content and deployment methodologies without compromising the effectiveness of the training solution - Ensure a holistic mix of current and future training platforms and technologies available to Employees.
