Quality - West Zone Trust & Safety, Quality and culture - Zonal lead - At Cure.fit, we are looking for someone to lead the Trust & safety, Quality & culture charter for our zonal operations. This is a leadership role working closely with the senior management team at Cure.fit to drive superior experience for our customers and employees across all business verticals (ex: Cult.fit, Eat.fit, Mind.fit, Care.fit) in the zone. Key ownership areas : - Trust & safety - Ensure customers and employees safety at our facilities. Food safety (eat.fit), Fire & Life safety (acros biz), Medical safety (Care.fit) etc would come under the ambit of this charter - Quality & customer experience - Own customer experience for all products in the zone and work towards continuous improvement in product experience - Admin - Manage the administrative aspects of the zone wrt employee workplace, well being etc - Expansion - Own the expansion charter in the zone along with the expansion and real estate projects team. Ensure new facility launches adhere to planned launch dates Key responsibilities : - Act as voice of the customer and employee in the company - Ideate and drive initiatives across all owned charters - Work closely with the zonal leadership team to help build a strong culture of quality and customer first mentality amongst the zonal teams - Work with leadership team to identity and hire top talent for the city
