Experience Profile: well-rounded legal experience in handling all types of legal matters, including litigation, drafting, contracts management, business advisory, managing legal risks; conducting due diligence; negotiating and structuring transactions for M&As, JVs, investments, new projects, etc. on pan-India basis; liaison with and representing the company before various judicial, government, and regulatory authorities; and interacting with law-firms. Besides substantial corporate experience, a few years of initial training or experience with a law-firms and/or advocates would be useful but not a must. Job Responsibilities: Overall supervising corporate legal affairs of the Company, and it's business divisions, subsidiaries, and JVs, including: 1. Legal Drafting/Vetting of All Commercial Documents & Deals/Transactions 2. Due Diligence: Handling due diligence for M&amp;A transactions; Financing transactions; Land Acquisition/Lease Transactions, etc. 3. Arbitration &amp; Litigation Domestic &amp; International 4. Dealing with Lawyers &amp; Counsels in India and abroad 5. Dealing with Regulatory Authorities: Make applications/ submission and follow-up for obtaining desired permissions/licenses/ concessions. 6. General and customary Legal Advisory
