Job Description : - Manager end to end Operations of Cult.fit centers across a particular region ( South / North). - Responsible for people, process, quality and customer experience - Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently - Manage cost, quality, and efficiency to achieve operations SLAs - Manage relationships with key vendors Requirement : - MBA/PGDM from a Premier B school - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in operations and stakeholder management - Data Driven : Process Adherence : Ability to bring rigor to the process and SOPs to ensure we build consistency and reliability on a day to day basis and scalability in long-term - High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results.
