Cure.fit offers both online and offline experiences across fitness, nutrition and mental well being through its 4 products, i.e, cult.fit, eat.fit, mind.fit &amp; care.fit. Key responsibilities: 1. Own customer experience design &amp; execution for specific part of the business (channel, category, product) 2. Champion the voice of customers (VOC) in all business &amp; product decision; program manage all critical customer products launches &amp; change management efforts. 3. Drive strategic projects to deliver best in class NPS &amp; customer satisfaction products &amp; services. 4. Ideate, deploy and scale automation and proactive monitoring effort on all key product &amp; service operations to ensure quality &amp; CE standards are met 5. Work closely with support functions to resolve any customer issues 6. Create scalable tech solution to help improve service experience 7. Drive process excellence charter in customer experience Desired background: 1. Experience of customer experience/support, quality &amp; ops in e-commerce, retail or consumer products 2. Driven operational excellence projects to improve ops/quality KPIs 3. Background in process excellence, six sigma quality approach 4. 2-3 years post MBA experience or 3-5 years in start-up of mid-high scale 5. Experience in managing senior stakeholders across product, business, tech, ops functions.
