Cure.fit - Operations Manager - Whole.fit (2-4 yrs)

Job purpose :

- Handle the end-end procurement & availability operations for the traded goods - sourcing, process design and ensure supply as per demand

- Program manage and drive new initiatives in Operations under Eat.fit brand

- Act as a subject matter expert for the business/operations working with external bodies: product, tech, design, finance to develop new features, enable systemization

- Design detailed processes across supply chain to enhance the customer experience for Traded goods

Duties and responsibilities :

- Work closely with the category and Operations teams to plan for the launch of new SKUs and scaling up of the current SKUs and the business as a whole

- Handle the end-end Supply Chain - from working with vendors to procure the items and ensure 100% availability as per demand to ensuring planning of SKUs as per space availability and operational constraints

- Identify and closely work with Design team to plan and implement key projects to improve end-end Supply Chain reliability, reduce cost and increase productivity and reduce inefficiency, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with all stakeholders for the successful implementation of process / performance improvement projects

- Actively lead projects implementation for the vertical and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified

- Liaison with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a Performance Excellence project. Also, working closely with the business finance and the leadership to contribute towards AOP exercise

- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives

Skills & Qualification Requirement :

- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Preferred

- 2-4 yrs hands-on experience in Operations / Procurement/ Supply Chain Inventory management, specifically in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment

- Should have a proven track record of stakeholder management and program management

- Understands data deeply and leverages around Design choices.


- Can work in an ambiguous environment where data may not be available.


- Understands financial implications for the design choices and able to use that for making decisions
