Work closely with tech/product to deliver them in the desired timeline and impact. - Launch and scaleup business to multiple cities by the end of the year by working with multiple players. Who is this role suitable for? - Min 3-5 years of prior experience of managing operations teams at high growth start ups with a very high bent on hands on hustle! &lt;Must have - hustle and agility&gt; - High focus on consumer experience. Has shown high rigour as a customer custodian in the past. - Background in operations, category development, new product development, fulfillment. - Experience in managing senior stakeholders across product, business, tech, ops functions.
