Access to quality wellness categories is one of the key business initiative of Cure.fit. - Cure.fit is looking for operations leader for its Wellness business to provide high quality experience to our customers and scale/build new categories. - The operations leader for the marketplace business is responsible for customer NPS, leading team, operations efficiency and cost. - Currently the Wellness business comprises of CultSport, Food marketplace, Vitamins/Supplements, Therapy, Teleconsultation, Diagnostics, Skin&amp;Hair and Nutrition. - The individual will work closely with the growth, category, HR and finance teams to deliver these. Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Own end to end operations for the business ranging from service fulfilment, external partner scaleup, launching new cities and creating scalable &amp; efficient channels while ensuring high consumer satisfaction. 2. Identify new opportunities for improving processes, systems and product solutions that impact consumer and marketplace partners. 3. Build &amp; scale operational and quality teams for driving multiple operations streams across diff products &amp; user lifecycle. 4. Work closely with tech teams to improve overall user &amp; partner experience &amp; deliver high experience solutions. 5. Drive process excellence charter; Own process design, control &amp; governance metric to ensure high-quality operation. 6. Define key requirements for improving operational workflows for internal &amp; external teams. Work closely with tech/product to deliver them in the desired timeline and impact. 7. Launch and scaleup business to multiple cities working with multiple players. Key Performance Metrics: 1. Customer NPS 2. Product ratings 3. Team satisfaction score 4. Operations efficiency Requirements of the role: 1. Operations experience of 5+ years with a Tier 1 setup 2. Strong problem solving ability, analytical and operational design mindset 3. Creative bent of mind and ability to think strategically 4. Good product-tech and automation orientation 5. Strong interpersonal and people management skills 6. Good to have: Sports or Fitness orientation &amp; Digital B2C experience
