Job Description: - Head end to end Operations of all the Cult.fit centers across locations. - Responsible for people, process, quality and customer experience - Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently - Manage cost, quality, and efficiency to achieve operations SLAs - Manage relationships with key vendors Requirement: - MBA/PGDM from a Premier B school - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in operations and stakeholder management - Data Driven : - Process Adherence : Ability to bring rigor to the process and SOPs to ensure we build consistency and reliability on a day to day basis and scalability in long-term - High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results
