We at Cure.fit, are looking for an Content Head who can lead the Content Operations team for Cult.live business. The individual would be working on multiple aspects of Content creation/management. Responsibilities : - Building a short-term &amp; long-term strategy. - Studying the online fitness industry &amp; also the production houses ops and creating a plan for having the best quality content on the platform. - Keeping track on day to day ops - eg. content library, scheduling of classes, quality parameters of different businesses etc. and ensuring SOPs. - Analyzing the various trends on customer metrics, ROI and optimizing on the same to maximize output, quality &amp; lower the costs. - Working closely with stakeholders across Tech, Product, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, Marketing and Growth. Skills Required : - 5-6 yrs of experience in content operations - Team handling - Understanding of the fitness domain, scaling a digital product will be a plus - Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
