Campus, Alliances and Partnerships Head ( Team Talent Acquisition)
- This person will be responsible to lead our college recruiting and university relations programs. In addition, they will be responsible for partnering in the execution of talent sourcing strategies across all levels.
- Responsible for Partnerships with vendors, alliances with Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges, education providers for talent supply across our business of Cult, Eat and Care.
- Responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition teammates, HR partners, business leaders and external partners to design and deliver talent acquisition solutions for all levels, particularly focused on intern and early career talent.
- Understand and design strategy around campus engagements, early career talent and social media activation, including management of action and resource plans.
- Continuously assess talent pipeline and proactively identify targeted schools, vocational studies, and technical courses based on talent needs
- Expand strategic relationships with career services and faculty at target partners
- Leverage employment branding to build awareness and engagement, including social media campus activation.
- Engage students through job fairs, information sessions, local level tie ups
- Streamline on-campus and on-site interview, selection and offer processes
- Must be willing to travel
