Growth Marketing - New Product - We are looking for a growth marketer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to drive strategic customer acquisition and retention marketing plans across channels. Responsibilities : - Drive strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans for growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI - Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting - Manage all online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, affiliate and video - Own ROI-driven digital marketing i.e: user acquisition, re-marketing & re-engagement, and marketing budget optimization - Identify and test new growth opportunities (including new platforms, channels, and advertising and integration opportunities) to acquire new and engaged users Key Requirements : - Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing - Ability to strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase the relevance - Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making across both organic,content and paid marketing channels - Strong capabilities around understanding CPA, Attribution, Cohort analysis and LTV - Keen on identifying new growth opportunities (including new platforms, channels, and advertising and integration opportunities) to acquire new and engaged users. - Proficiency working with analytics tools like Clevertap, Metabase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Adwords, Link Building, webmaster tools, SEMrush and Ahrefs - Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) - Comfortable working in an agile, action-oriented team and organizational structure
