Job Responsibilities : - Facilitate learning programs in-classroom &amp; virtual sessions on Behavioural / Managerial / Leadership topics - Apply learning concepts, methodologies and various frameworks to deliver transformative learning - Partner with subject matter experts to design, adapt content basis target audience and improvise basis feedback - Develop in-house trainers to increase the trainer capability as required - Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs to improve programme quality and participant experience - Leverage technology to support virtual learning - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a virtual team - Willingness to travel to different locations for training sessions, basis requirements Essential Skills : - 4 - 8 years of experience as a Facilitator for both Corporate Level / Direct Customer Interaction roles - Expertise with traditional classroom, experiential, and new digital forms of training - Strong Communication skills, experience in managing participants, active listening skills - Competent to use technology and learning platforms - Excellent creative thinking - Maintain high energy, enthusiastic, motivational style - Good Business Acumen Desired Skills : (Preferable) - Basic understanding of L&amp;D function - Experience in Leading / Managing team
