- Help in formulating the Capital Allocation strategy at a group level between different business lines - Conduct Monthly Finance Review meeting with the founders/Senior Management/Business Leaders - Investor Communication - Prepare all Quarterly Financial Reports, Board meetings and other reports needed for existing investors - Investor relations: Be the front face responsible for managing interactions with existing and new investors. This will also include preparation of pitch books, marketing materials, fund updates etc. - Fund raise - both debt and equity. Coordinating with lenders, investors and investment banks - Overseeing preparation of corporate presentations, financial models and business plans - Financial Modelling and Projections for Fund Raising. Due Diligence for Fund raising - Project Managing key initiatives at a Group Level to drive cost savings, P&L management, Working capital - Cash Management at a group level with constant monitoring and planning course correction in alignment with business finance leads
