- Drive Growth and Demand planning/ execution for category business in line with the company's growth plan, along with key stakeholders - Constantly review the Expansion Roadmap to ensure the Revenue targets and profitability targets are on track - Evaluate new business proposals in terms of product changes, product mix changes, channel strategy - Review/ highlight risk/ opportunities with appropriate analysis for initiatives - Create flexible decision-making systems for the teams to act fast and make informed decisions - Create business scenarios &amp; impact for various business options and suggest most suitable - Coordinate projects involving multiple departments and review and ensure they are on track. - Prepare key pricing, vertical expansion proposals and drive to improve Profitability - Drive Different Cost line items from product cost, supply chain costs and other overhead costs to ensure profitability targets are met - Assist commercial team in terms of setting targets for different business models - Support Annual Operating planning exercise - Prepare weekly/monthly performance analysis &amp; business dashboard with detailed variance analysis vs forecast/plan for category business - Support in designing systems to capture data at the granular level to aid better analysis. - Investor Reporting and Business Modelling Pre-requisites: - Education: CA/ MBA from a Tier 1 school; CFA is good to have Experience: 4+ years past experience in Finance (preferred), 2+ post MBA Experience:&nbsp; - 4+ years past experience in Finance (preferred), 2+ post MBA - Experience in Consulting, Strategy, Business Finance or Analytics; Relevant - Experience in Food/ Food-Tech Industry or Start-up work environment is Preferred although not mandatory: &nbsp; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and stakeholder management skills
