Responsibilities: - Drive forecasting and planning activities for the business - Drive efficiency projects with regards to costs - Support Annual Operating planning exercise. - Prepare monthly performance analysis; business dashboard with detailed variance analysis - CAC analysis and business model sustainability - Review and highlight risk /opportunities with appropriate analysis for new initiatives. - Support in designing systems to capture data at a granular level to aid better analysis. - Assist the strategy team in terms of setting right targets for different business models. - Create business scenarios; impact for various business options and suggest the most suitable Requirements : 1. 3-5 years of work experience in FP&A/ Finance business partner 2.
