Mandate expertise - Macros (Excel), VBA, automation tools - reporting
Division:
- HR Operations
Key Result areas includes, but not limited to:
- Creating reports through technical tools or manually using excel
- Excel / Outlook automation using macros
- Managing entire employee life cycle (Onboarding, Background verification, Off-boarding etc.)
- Addressing employee queries
- Maintaining internal HR systems & ensuring that it's configured properly
- Ensure our HR initiatives are run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment
- Implementing new company policies
Basic Skills / Qualifications:
- Having 4 to 6 years of experience into HR Operations
- Hands on experience with Macros, reports and analytical tools
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and HR systems
- Confident to work in a start-up culture
