Legal Counsel Responsibilities : - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, payment gateway agreement, supply agreements, consultant and employment agreements - Helping the Company as well as its group entities with legal advice on various substantive law issues - Draft and discuss template agreements / LOIs / terms sheets with other legal team members - Discuss contracts and other legal matters with the external counsels, wherever needed - Knowledge Management, including arranging for latest bare acts, publish notes on landmark judgments pertaining to Company's and its group companies- businesses, developments in tech and food laws. - Generally, be a part of the legal team and assist with such items as may be delegated from time to time at a team level.
