Responsibilities - - Directs a variety of business strategy projects that produce recommendations and identify issues for the Central Supply Chain Organization of Cummins India - Directs multiple projects and works closely with Vice President/Business Head of the Centralized Supply Chain Organization, Business Leaders and their Staff and key internal constituents - Manages the project management activities for assigned functional areas. Coordinates, prioritizes, negotiates and manages the execution of all assigned projects and contracts. Leads the analysis, project identification, budget, communication and integration. Skill set Requirement - - 7-19 years of experience in the Automotive domain with good project management skills - Good communication and presentation skills for interactions with various stakeholders - Worked in the industry - if it is supply chain or procurement, it would be an added advantage Reporting - - This position would be designated as Chief of Staff and would report to the Vice President of the Central Supply Chain Organization. - It is an individual contributor role - 20% travel involved.
