To enable the same, we are looking to on-board an engineering leader at a senior position. - This is a senior role for tech leaders who have spent 8-10 years in the tech space and are looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity. - For right candidates this can be a Co-Founder role as well. Please note that this role carries minimal salary and significant equity component for the right person to join the core team. - What we are looking for is someone who is looking for a new challenge and is willing to put in the sweat and blood to lead the creation of next generation HR products. - This position starts as a very hands on role which requires rolling up the sleeves and start lifting. Over period of time the role would evolve as the technology leader for the company.
