Job purpose : To run the seller settlement and accounting reconciliations for partner gyms in the platform in an efficient manner Duties and responsibilities: - Run the weekly / fortnightly seller settlement process for sellers on the platform. - Work with the accounting function to ensure timely accounting of bills - Provide MIS and Dashboards related to seller settlements - Resolve queries raised by sellers on settlement statements - Run periodic reconciliations with sellers and get reconciliations signed off. - Work with the analytics and technology team to ensure efficient use of technology in the seller settlement and reconciliation process - Track and adhere to various process SLAs Skills & Qualification Requirement : - Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience or MBA/MCom with 8 plus years of experience in a similar function in a transaction heavy retail/ e-commerce set up - Exhibits high level of ownership and good written/ oral communication skills - Ability to work with large volumes of data - should have good excel skills SQL will be a plus
