Role Details : At cult, we have 2-3 celebs on retainer and we work with multiple influencers. We are looking for someone to : - Complete ownership of planning and execution of celeb/ influencer activities across centers, in person events, shoot dates - Own the calendar of celeb/ influencer activations for the year and ensure adherence - Ensure deliverables (per contract) are being met with the celebs - Ideate on new, fresh ideas to engage with celebs and influencers across events and social media - Stakeholder management across celeb/ influencer agencies, key folks in the team, etc. Core Skills : - Program management - Coordination amongst multiple teams and stakeholders - Highly creative, open to experimentation - Good connects with influencer and creative agencies - High degree of hustle Good to Have : - 5-7 years of experience managing celebrities either on agency side or client side - Has core influencer management experience
