Inventory Manager

Job Description:

- Inventory planning analysts will take care of planning & inventory management for our range of at-home equipment.

- He/she would drive analysis and optimization of inventory across regions/SKUs and will help implement processes to ensure we achieve great inventory availability and inventory health.

- Additionally, the analyst will drive initiatives that improve sales, customer experience and operational performance. One would need to work closely with our Vendors, Ops, Product Management, marketing & finance teams to improve the business metrics.

Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory availability and inventory health including; improved in-stock rates, inventory planning, shrinkages, reorders, DOH management

- Drive process improvement & operational excellence by reducing costs, defects, and lead times, while increasing innovation, automation, and economies of scale

Reporting / Modeling / Automation: Work with the tech teams and the central analytics to conceptualize and formulate better data view & cohorts which have actionability for the category Drive timely inputs through all sell levers to maximize sales and minimize investment.

Enabling data use cases of the category:

- Strong business and financial acumen to convert a number analysis into a business story and having strong ability to articulate.

- Build and fortify strong business/data models by going in-depth and understanding where opportunities are and chasing them with innovative ideas

Experience Required:

- 4 to 5 years in Analytics, planning.

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a matrix organization and engage stakeholders from different backgrounds

- Strong proficiency in analytical tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL

- Customer focused

- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
