Cult.fit - Cluster Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

Job Description:-

- Responsible to handle 7-10 centers of Cult.fit.

- Responsible for strategizing and scaling up business operations in new markets.

- Trainer/Centre Manager scheduling, hiring, on-boarding, training-retraining modules.

- Improve trainer utilization.

- Working with facilities/project team to ensure the facility is snag-free.

- Owner of quality at the centers

- Complete responsibility & ownership to the launch new Centres.

- Establishes city operations for the start-up phase and oversee the operations till the scaling phase with a long-term view and optimization of cost

- Working closely with the Central team and identifying the Hiring plan for the city in various roles Ops, Sales, BD.

- Must be open to Travel
