CULT Sport - eCommerce Marketing Manager (4-10 yrs)

We're looking for an enthusiastic ECommerce Performance Marketing Lead who will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. He/She will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and strategize effective paid search campaigns on marketplaces, utilizing best practices and industry trends to drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth.

- Responsible for day-to-day marketplace activities (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO). Analyzing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spends, etc.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential search terms and optimize keyword targeting for optimal performance.

- Create and manage compelling ad copy and product listings that adhere to Amazon guidelines, ensuring strong conversion rates and customer engagement.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall campaign profitability, reflecting brand objectives.

- Implement bid management strategies and optimizations to maximize campaign performance within budgetary constraints.

- Continuously analyze and evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments to enhance overall results.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align paid search strategies with broader business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes related to Amazon paid search, and proactively implement best practices and new features.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strategies to gain a competitive edge in the Amazon marketplace.

- Media Planning on Monthly and Quarterly basis in alignment with Category teams.

- Generate regular reports and provide data-driven insights on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders and management.

- Strong analytical sense and number led approach to campaign

Experience Required

- Should have experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major E-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart and optimizing landing pages and user journeys across the funnel.

- Sound knowledge of online tools like Amazon Pi, Helium 10, Sellics etc.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Amazon Advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

- Proficient in utilizing Amazon advertising tools, such as Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions to optimize performance.

- Experience with bid management tools and campaign optimization strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships, effectively address inquiries, and provide timely updates and recommendations.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong analytical sense and number led approach to campaigns.

- Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering day to day while defining and leading future direction
