CULT Sport - Business Head (6-10 yrs)
SUMMARY : Responsible forsetting up and leading the EBO business for Cult.Sport . Managing the retail store operations , PnL and ensuring the stores delivers sales as per the targets. Potentially setting up a network for COCO, COFO & FOFO units
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Setting up and finalizing and launching cult.sport stores (location, structure, SOP etc..)
- To be responsible for Business Development & Retail Operations. (P & L Role)
- Responsible for Retail Operations, Retail Business Development, Buying & Merchandising
- Responsible for planning, developing and implementing sales program in the Region
- Responsible for in-store Planning, coordination & evaluation of promotions, marketing and Visual Merchandising support.
- Responsible for Managing Retail Operations, Business Development, Sales and Marketing functions of outlets of Pan India
- Comprehensive management of Retail Operations for Exclusive Brand Outlets in High Street Stores and Malls.
- Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date information of the market place, competitors and trends.
- Take decisions and manages the daily operations of the retail business including planning of resources.
- To ensure the delivery of operational KPIs and sales & profitability plan across stores
- Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities.
- Manage a team of Merchandisers and Designers.
- To introduce new sales and marketing strategies.

- 6-8 Yrs Experience in these preferred Industries - Retail (All segments )/Fashion/Lifestyle/ Durables/EQUIVALENT
- Excellent communication skills.
