Cuemath - Product Manager - Chatbot

Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision of bot and/or features for your target markets(national/international) - including out of the box features, pre-built integrations, bot personas, conversation flows, etc.

- Help drive and implement the strategy for our chatbot/virtual assistant that will create an exceptional user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop our chatbot platform, including the development of APIs for system integration and information retrieval.

- Build and execute the roadmap (create wireframes, feature specs, Asana stories, etc.) for the product with the engineering team.

- Delight lakhs of users with experiences they could never imagine. Define, track and own the KPIs for chatbot funnels to deliver on metrics.

- Work closely with the top of the funnel product team to identify opportunities for new intents by gathering and analyzing data.

- Design conversational AI experiences that are natural and engaging to help end users answer their questions or execute user intended transactions.

- Design personas, develop design principles, guidelines, standards for quality conversations that are consistent with our associate experience principles.

- Help with the buildout of new intents, including collecting historical utterances, training intents, conversational design and optimization.

- Staying abreast of industry trends and new innovation in the AI chatbot space

- Work with sales and pre-sales to gather continuous market feedback and refine your product strategy. Enable them through collaterals(Presentations, Explainer Videos, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in technology, human-computer interaction or machine learning.

- 1 - 3 years of experience with virtual assistants.

- Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with data analysis and machine learning applications.

- Experience developing and deploying chatbot solutions.

- Basic understanding of SDLC (software development lifecycle) and agile delivery methodologies.
