Manager/Sr. Manager Customer Relationship Manager About the Role : - We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. - As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue growth. - You will work closely with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Skills & Experience : a) 5- 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Relationship Manager. b) Team leadership and motivating and inspiring team members to achieve collective goals. c) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. d) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. e) Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. f) Experience in identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. g) Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. h) Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Job Responsibilities : a) Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and reviews. b) Successful team leader who can motivate and inspire team members to achieve collective goals. c) Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. d) Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. e) Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue growth. f) Creating and implementing customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn rates. g) Analyzing customer feedback and data to improve customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. h) Maintaining accurate customer interactions, transactions, and feedback records. i) Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience (in years) : 4-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Relationship Manager.
