Responsibilities :
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers needs first
- Develop strategies, processes to maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct workshops, trainings, business reviews and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenge
- Understand customer needs and work with operation, product, marketing to come with innovative solutions to improve customer delight/
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
- Help drive customer references and case studies
- From IITs/ NITs/ DCE/NSIT with at least 2 years of experience in project management role in fast paced startups.
