About the Job
As Business Development Manager your singular focus is to tie up with Corporate business houses, Schools, Preschools and Activity centers at Pan India level. Your time will be balanced between initiating the contact and nurture the growth of the company via an institutional channel.
Key Responsibilities :

- Focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
- To work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams.
- Keep funnels for new customer acquisition, activation, and growth
- Create the infrastructure and support to make the partnership work.
- Setting up a meeting with clients and subsequently closing the deals.
- Account management - handling end to end closure and addressing any kind of queries, alongside assistance throughout their affiliation period.
- Planning, monitoring numbers and achievement of overall targets by planning sales and development of account.
- Constant communication with key internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
- Managing events/promotion campaigns
- Creating a prospective database of clients
- Proactive account management of existing customer base to ensure they are satisfied.

Qualification :
- Has a Bachelor- s/Master's degree from any stream.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in handling a similar role
