Roles & Responsibilities: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
- The individual will be required to work with Business/ Team Leads on the HR strategy and ensure that all people strategies and programs are properly implemented and in a timely manner
- Provide and implement tactical support on the following but not limited to:
- Talent management and to help upscale talent that is critical to the business
- Orientation and induction
- Employee grievance management
- Stakeholder management
- Talent management
- Employee engagement
- Reward and recognition
- Performance management
- HR Analytics
- Exit Process/ Alumni management
- E-sat surveys
- Participate in the development of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems.
- Adapt, modify, and update HR methodologies, practices, and procedures
- Succession planning
- Market intelligence with respect to what our competitors are offering to new hires
- Assist in global HR projects regarding policy making, system or processes implementation.
- Ability to identify needs and apply resources to create competitive and consistent programs & policies for the employees
- Stakeholder management

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Full-time MBA (HR) with around 4-6 years of relevant experience post qualification
- Experience of handling a minimum of 400+ employees as an HRBP with hands-on delivery experience
- Collaborate and develop relationships across a matrix organization and coach through complex, difficult issues
- Strong analytical skills to analyse and leverage data to influence business leadership on people strategy
- Understands and keeps update on various HR practices on a regular basis
- Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
