This job requires end to end ownership of the sales funnel and operational excellence. Specialization in Sales and Operations is preferred Responsibilities : - To have complete ownership of end-to-end sales and operations for the new business initiative and experience of around 5 to 7 years - Administering full life cycle for vendor management processes and incorporating best practices. - Designing guidelines for vendors and utilizing common tools. - Provided technical support to the director of customers and vendor management. - Analyzed vendor management programs and identified continuous improvement processes. - Team Management and leading a team of considerable size Skills Required : - Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment. - Strong written and verbal communication in English Language - Analytical mind & attention to detail. - Exceptional people management skills Requirements : - Preferably from the Ed-tech Sales and operations background. - Experience : 5-7 years of Sales and Operations experience. - Candidates with BPO management and vendor management, B2C environment and startups is preferred
