Job Description:

You will be responsible for strengthening our relationship with the customer throughout their lifecycle to drive high-value behaviors, help reduce churn and increase lifetime value. You will be leading the marketing strategy, development and execution of all customer lifecycle, upsell/cross-sell, and engagement and retention initiatives. This is a new role, and your focus will be to advance our automation, trigger and behavior based marketing to ensure we are delivering the right creative/message, in the right channel, to the right customer at the right time.

The ideal person for this role is a strong leader, marketing and tech savvy, data driven, with proven hands-on experience working collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast and dynamic environment. Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities (world-wide focus):

1. Responsible for website funnel for both organic and paid channels. Optimize the customer flows using insights from data and users.

2. Responsible of user journeys on webengage to drive retention and engagement

3. Provide planning and execution of various marketing and CLC programs, helping to devise personalized/ relevant communications focused on acquiring, converting, nurturing, and retaining customers

4. Develop and execute the nurture strategy across all lead sources, partnering closely with peers owning acquisition channels across organic, paid media and 3rd party referral partnerships.

5. Manage campaign content language, cultural and geo specific campaigns.

6. Conduct constant opportunity analysis and A/B testing across various programs to improve the customer experience and surpass business goals.

7. Partner with paid online team to ensure relevant remarketing plans are in place to maximize prospect conversions in complement to email programs.

8. Act as the point contact with engineering to align in-product sign up and acquisition email experience.

9. Own acquisition KPIs performance analysis

10. Manage marketing investment and report on budget vs. actual expenses and return on marketing investment.

Required Skills

1. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing

2. Experience in managing marketing budget, including analyzing and reporting on results to inform future budget investment

3. Experience owning business KPIs and reporting against them

4. Experience with email marketing tools and preferably marketing automation

5. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deliverables in parallel to efficiently achieve high-quality results.

6. Experience strategizing, planning and implementing integrated marketing communications programs.

7. Ability to drive results through multiple cross-group layers and experience working with sales team.

8. Ability to creatively solve complex problems.

9. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

10. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SQL & Advanced Excel)

Qualification & Experience

1. In-depth knowledge and understanding of new age marketing channels.

2. Minimum of 1-2 years- experience managing performance marketing

3. BE from Tier 1 college, MBA optional
