We are looking for a Social Media Manager to create and manage social media presence for Cub McPaws. The role will involve end to end ownership of social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute social media strategy for each platform

2) Create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content; establish a publishing schedule

3) Ensure consistent visual brand identity across activities and platforms

4) Identify target audience, grow fan base and promote content

5) Engage with the target audience on an ongoing basis

6) Convert fans into customers

8) Be in charge of ROI for all social media activities

9) Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1) 1-3 years of experience in Social Media management post Bachelors or Masters degree; a degree in marketing preferred but not mandatory

2) Witty with an excellent command over English

3) Inherent curiosity about the world, internet; ability to ideate or curate relevant content

4) Understanding of Internet Marketing in areas other than Social Media preferred

5) Basic proficiency in Adobe suite preferred

6) Prior work experience in a digital media agency or eCommerce company preferred

7) Excellent analytical skills
