We are looking for Finance people with a pro-business mindset and attitude to support business teams while setting up transparent processes to achieve highest level of compliance.

Here's what will come your way :

You will :

- Work on almost everything that is there regarding accounting and finance for a fast growing e-commerce company.

- Manage working capital and inventory.

- Manage Trade receivables

- Define processes wrt WH & Category teams

- Manage Statutory compliance

- Be responsible for MIS

- Crazy amount of work - practically a one-man army

- Fuzzy scope of work

- Ensuring processes defined are followed by all concerned - without any exceptions

Required Skills/Experience :

- Immense curiosity and willingness to learn

- Ability to create and follow processes

- Good communication and team skills

- Good numerical skills along with MS Excel skills, attention to detail

- Understands the importance of meeting deadlines - specifically wrt reporting and statutory compliance.

- CA Fresher may apply. No MBA in Finance please.

- Prior experience in a company having inventory will be an added advantage.
