CTRM Product Head - Captive Center/Shared Services Center (15-20 yrs)

Change Leadership and project delivery:

- Build specific trade capabilities to support the deployment of trade solution to the Organisation businesses.

- Lead and work with team members to enhance the capabilities (knowledge, processes and technology) to deliver the design and quality of solutions

- Lead and work with external service providers to deliver quality solutions at the right cost

- Enable the delivery organization to achieve testing milestones, implement risk mitigation plans to address risk on projects being delivered

- Review and escalate risks and issues as appropriate basis content expertise

- Enable the team to conduct technical reviews, meetings, and benchmarking to industry standards

Trade Service Delivery Management:

- Develops relationships and interacts with application users to develop a deep and extensive understanding of the business and goals. Keeps an open channel of communication with users and provides broad oversight and guidance on application support requests and needs.

- Develops and maintains relationships and acts as an escalation point for internal IT managers and supervisors as well as third-party vendors on highly critical issues.

- Utilizes deep and extensive application support knowledge to review and/or approve the development and facilitation of application training sessions as requested by business users.

- Utilizes deep and extensive application support knowledge and is accountable for ensuring application technology complies with Enterprise Architecture framework. Reviews/approves and/or provides input to application framework variances as needed.

- Provides broad oversight for release management processes and the programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.

- Includes providing oversight on the installation of patches, updates, and releases on development, test, quality assurance, and production systems

- Performs and/or reviews and approves analysis on highly complex, medium to long-term implementations of solutions considering cost, reliability, performance and business strategy

- Provides broad oversight for projects related to risks and controls.

- Maintains a close partnership with business managers and supervisors to identify gaps in support processes and direct efforts in developing solutions

- Reviews and approves recommended improvements for moderate to advanced and highly complex application- specific support processes and procedures.

- Utilizes deep and extensive application support knowledge to review and assess the research, evaluation and recommendations of technology solution alternatives.

- Provides general guidance to direct reports in the areas of application support for highly complex, medium-term application support activities and projects.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to build strong knowledge that reflects an ability to think broadly in terms of architecture, or more tactically to assist partners in designing and developing technology and data packages.

- Provide consultation and support across teams during design

- Establish and lead an Organisation culture based on high engagement in which people develop and apply their talent while enabling work/life choices

Accountable for work execution of team members:

- Manage work responsibilities of direct reports

- Evaluate resource levels

- Ensure delivery of quality work produced by the team

- Set performance targets and evaluate/enforce performance against target

- Report on work status of a team as required

- Communicate key decisions, Organisation information and other enabling information to team

- Support, encourage and facilitate collaboration and communication between teams

- Demonstrate and reinforce Organisations Guiding Principles and Leadership Model Attributes

Required Qualifications.

- Masters degree or equivalent experience with the engineering background

- 15+ years of professional IT experience

- 5+ years of experience of IT management in a global enterprise

- 5+ years of experience in Design and Deployment of trading solutions in a global enterprise

- Have diversified management experience in designing and implementing large scale global TRADE solutions

- Ability to view change as an opportunity rather than a threat

- Good understanding of project principles; including planning, cost, quality, schedule, gated process, and critical path management

- Ability to drive project execution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong collaboration and influencing skills

- Experience in vendor management and governance

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in developing capabilities in a captive center/shared services centers.
