CTO/Technical Head - Career Guidance Startup

A fast growing Start up in Tech based Career Guidance, already a profitable multi-million dollar company, is scaling up its technology. Until now their technology work has been outsourced to a Tech Company. However looking at its optimistic business growth prospects it is now creating an iternal Tech team for developing some high end tech based products.

Current Tech stack: MySQL, PHP (Laravel), Vue.js, AWS

Role:

Hire, mentor and manage a team of software developers, mobile engineers and web designers.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science /Engineering

Experience:10 to Max 15 years out of which

Min 5 years of Proven record in leading and managing tech teams in product companies

Remuneration: Attractive Compensation commensurate with the profile + ESOPs.

And will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.

The incumbent will be part of the senior leadership team and will find a great opportunity to create impact in the lives of specially low-income family students via technology enabled career guidance programs.
