CTO - New Business - Agri

- The role will require the candidate to be hands-on lead Product development/ Support / Delivery / Business Analyst / Program Management / PMO in running the Implementation delivery, support and operations and work with core platform and library architecture team, customise, build, testing, deployment with an aim to meet and excel the internal needs, such as working closely with the Sr. leadership team and achieve operational parameters.

- Has to work closely & collaborate with Developer, QA and Analytics, in a collaborative manner to grow the business cutting across various Industry verticals and Strategic Business Units & Customer Units and ensure the delivery function runs successfully as a self-contained vertical.

- Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters.

- Work closely with key stakeholders in Brand, Product, Acquisition/Retention Marketing, and Operations. Optimize online site navigation, products search results, and product presentation based on analysis (click-path, traffic, AOV, conversion, etc.).

- The role requires the candidate to build a team and hire across the board with support from our recruitment partners

- Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision for the ecommerce product.

- Solutioning, productization and develop the Cloud / SAAS / Platform technology for the product.

- Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight

- Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies, change management and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate

- Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the horizontal.

- The role would also need to closely work Engineering, QA, business development, competency building and complete responsibility & ownership for Delivery excellence in the respective Technology practice area.
