You have implemented cloud and modern software development practices to transform technology delivery. You have an open mind and like to learn and grow yourself as well as helping others do the same.&nbsp; You will be responsible for: - People leadership for EPE team in India with a matrix responsibility. - Driving culture of innovation and engineering with in the team. - Working closely with each platform leader in EPE to manage priorities and day to day delivery of respective teams. - Improving delivery processes through process optimization and automation - Provide technical thought leadership to EPE team in India and globally. - Be the touch point and face of EPE in India. Mandatory Skills : - Excellent people leadership skills with experience of working in matrix organizations - Agile ways of working and DevOps Highly Desirable Skills: - Good knowledge of modern software development platforms such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, No-SQL and SQL DBs, .Net Core etc. - Good knowledge of infrastructure capabilities such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Networks, Load Balancers, Firewalls etc. Personal Attributes :&nbsp; - BA/BS/BE degree or equivalent experience - Strong communication and presentation skills - High EQ and collaboration skills - Good financial acumen
