- Define technology agenda and strategy and enforce it at the ground level
- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments in Hospitality and Travel Industry.
- Own all Product Management aspects from conception onwards and drive it through development, testing, acceptance and adoption to launch.
- Build the product strategy and product road map for the Functional charter in line with goals and strategies.
- Need to have a rare combination of a strong business and a technical background.
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics, competitive threats and create plans to benefit the company and our clients
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Represent the company & present at industry and technology forums; liaise with analyst community
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve pain-points that can be addressed through technology.
- Be comfortable making presentations to the C-suite
- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Drive the focus in transforming analytics by defining/implementing AI/ML solutions
- Oversees IT budgets
- Define internal IT policies, including but not limited to such areas as internet usage, data security, email, licensing policies, network management and disaster recovery
- Lead a team of technology leaders to execute on product release plans
- Work hand in glove with other departments, particularly the product management group, to ensure we deliver continuous innovation to the marketplace

- Advanced IT Knowledge and terminology, SaaS product development and Computational Skills
- Deep understanding of latest architectural patterns and cloud technologies and tools
- Agile SDLC experience, ability to drive large teams

- At least a Bachelor level degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field required
- Proven experience dealing with big data, data lakes and machine learning/statistical techniques desirable
- Minimum 15 years- experience working in leadership roles in software engineering
- Microsoft dot net, Azure technology experience a strong plus
