Hula Global - CTO/Cofounder - Entrepreneur In Residence - eCommerce

As CTO / Co-founder you should have the experience of building & launching complex process automation platforms. This is an ideal role for a full-stack developer who wants to be an entrepreneur

- Minimum 5 years of quality experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as full stack developer building large-scale E-commerce / Automation systems

- Expertise and quality experience in writing production-quality distributed applications in Python and a high bar for writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code

- Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities.

- A seasoned leader who has unlimited energy to influence and is daring to take initiatives and risks.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

- Should have strong knowledge of data stores, database design, data modeling, and SQL or NoSQL servers

- An eye to recruiting great people in your teams and you can smell problems a mile away

- Responsible for the overall growth, learning, performance, and happiness of the entire tech team. Lead the team by example. Perform regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback
