1. Successful Building of the MVP with the Advisor's contributions;

2. Handling the complete technology mandate;

3. Maintain conducive relationships with all vested parties;

4. Leading the Company as a key person;

5. Company Milestones like attainment of revenues and funding raise.

6. Any other Advisory Support which may be required by the Company from time to time.

7. Performing all Functions that entail by way of a Cofounder Role
