CTO/Co-Founder - Real Estate Investment & Management Firm

We is a 10 year old company into real estate investment and management company. We are now building a tech based platform and mobile application for connecting investors with high returns real estate deals, property management and creating an community of real estate investors with global operations. In the future we would like to use artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain for our real estate technology application. Currently we have USD 30 million assets under management and poised to grow USD 1 billion within 2 years with the use technology.

We are looking for technical CTO to help us in building the technology platform and mobile applications

Role

- Define the technology roadmap and execute the same

- Own technology, engineering, and Product - end to end

- Build out the system architecture and get the initial infrastructure in place

- Write sleek code - Get your hands dirty initially and build a scalable product

- Hiring and building out the technology team in house or outsource

Requirements - 

- Strong technologist with an ability to align technical design to meet the business vision

- Engineering from premier institutions is preferable but not a must.

- A genuine passion for coding & a self-starter who can work in fragile start-up environment.

- Ability to enhance the UI / UX through appropriate technology platform.
