Prior experience in building an on-line marketplace will be an advantage.  - Design & manage the entire IT framework for the company for an operation across India.  - Build a strong Business connect by the conceptualization, design, architecture and delivery of scalable and flexible supply chain platform.  - Build a high performance technology team with strong focus and deep business connect.  - Drive the architecture, design, product definition, development practices, business partnership, program management and quality delivery.   - Partner with various cross functional teams to define Technology and Business Roadmap, business metrics; build systems and processes to deliver significant business value and Data analytics.  - To continuously better performance, scale, design, architecture and solve complex software engineering problems.  - Experience in building highly scalable cataloging platform handling various dimensions of scale (scaling data, storage, processing and serving at web-scale)  - Help the Design team on the website content for marketing campaigns & website enhancement.  - Engage with the key account managers/ solutions architect of the major telecom providers to drive   - Manage Software Licenses and patents.
