Looking for candidate who have experience into Core CSR Activities.

Role & Responsibilities -
The role will encompass leading and owning the Corporate Social Responsibility - Employee engagement activities
The role requires significant level of engagement with CSR Divisional SPOC's and excising strong influence on the CSR partners.
Communication
- To ensure effective communication around all CSR initiatives
- Increase visibility and awareness regarding CSR initiatives through all employee communication and event based communication
- Take ownership of the CSR Intranet and ensure real time updates on platform
- Develop and author various internal reports and presentations including annual CSR report
- Ensure timeline and governance around the CSR newsletters, publication, articles and reports for Internal communication
Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Raise awareness & commitment to CSR in employees, stakeholders, communities, and ecology
- Establish partnership programmes and develop relationships with key business stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for the organization for all CSR initiatives
- To engage with internal stakeholders and establish a network of CSR Champions within the organization
- Ensuring adequate due diligence is carried out before initiating any CSR activity
- Create and drive employee forums and facilitate interactions between the employees on a regular basis.
- Ensure smooth running of fundraising CSR initiatives - both periodic and sustained
- Understand the CSR needs and applying them in creating employee engagement opportunities
- Liaising with Divisional CSR SPOCS to coordinate Division wise events
Projects Governance
- Prepare plan the CSR project calendar for the Year
- Liaising with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, facilities and transportation team for smooth execution of CSR initiatives/activities
- Tracking and publishing employee volunteering and engagement
- Tracking Budget utilization and spend for CSR employee engagement activities -Regular Reporting on CSR initiatives
Mind-Set Required -
Must
- Preferably in MNC organizations with zeal and exposure to Employee engagement / CSR practices
- Should possess good communication skills, both, written and oral and should be proficient in making presentations
- Should be able to articulate and have independent views
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel & Power Point)
- Flexible and open to change. Should have the maturity to deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Desirable
- Exposure to working in highly matrix organization & ability to connect with senior stakeholders (both local and global)
- Strong on data analytics and usage of technology
