CSR Consulting Director - Philanthropic Foundation

The consulting director will work with the CEO to set strategic direction for consulting business and at the same time, develop a team that can lead to revenue growth year after year.

Responsibilities -

- The director will be responsible for acquiring new large clients and partners offering in line with the CSR business strategic and revenue objective. The person will leverage existing industry knowledge and relationship to close profitable revenue opportunities.

- To drive the consulting on PAN India basis and meet and exceed targets in terms of revenue and profitability.

- Develop and manage the operations of the CSR Strategy & Project Management, and be accountable for driving performance efficiency, tracking team expenditure and overall achievement of all sub-team targets and key deliverables.

- Oversee and manage cross-team projects for clients, ensuring timely completion with quality.

- Oversee end to end client engagement process, including identification of partnership opportunities, being lead presenter at marquee client meetings, putting together detailed proposals and closing opportunities and execute corporate relationships.

Key Skills Required :

- 18+ Years of work exp. In consulting preferably with at least 5 years of leadership experience.

- Having an entrepreneurial approach.

- Business Consulting and Strategy creation experience.

- Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks and teams that include a diverse group of people.
