CSB Bank - Manager - Branding & Digital Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategize, lead & execute the digital strategy roadmap required to boost our brand presence.
- Evaluate effectiveness of the digital strategy by developing & tracking ROI metrics of the campaigns being run and suggest improvements to plans & processes.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders/departments/vendors for the execution of campaigns.
- Self-driven and owns the budget and execution of programs part of the tactical plan.
- Effective vendor/agency management pertaining to website/marketing/digital campaigns.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Team Management
- Co-ordinate with internal departments on Requirements for Digital Promotion of products & services pertaining to bank.
- Ensure compliance to the processes & conformity to the bank's policies in execution of Digital Strategies.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day maintenance of social media channels, corporate website, strategizing potential digital campaigns being cost-effective and working closely with concerned stakeholders.
- Social media management: Define & draw out the strategy for all Social Media channels, drive community/supporter engagement through engagement/response.
- Managing, Editing, publishing and coordination among teams for content creation
- Manage and execute social media and blog calendar.
