CSB Bank - Credit Monitoring Officer

- This role is responsible for SMA level reduction through account by account monitoring of stressed / SMA accounts.

- Ability to guide branches by providing up to date data on overdue / reasons for SMA etc.

- Daily follow-up of SMA accounts likely to turn NPA for various reasons - liaise with Branch Heads / Relationship Managers for recovery of dues and regularisation.

- Submission/marking of SMA status in CRILC.

- Preparation & submision of various data to regulators / top management.

- Preparation & submission of various office notes to Board/committees periodically.

- Conduct of Large Advances Committee / Fraud Monitoring Group Meetings/preparation of minutes etc.

- Preparation & submission of data related to quarterly statutory audit.

- Preparation and dissemination of SMA related to data on a daily basis to branches/offices / various stakeholders.

- Ensuring conduct of the stock audit, credit audit, follow-up of First Rectification reports.

- Functions related to EWS, consolidation, and submission of notes.

- Good communication skills/presentation skills.

- Thorough knowledge in credit monitoring concepts & processes, restructuring, etc.

- Should be assertive in getting results from the field.

- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
